My approach is soulful, validating, and gentle. I maintain that the gritty stuff is the good stuff, and that life is too absurd not to find some joy in it. I'll work to build a good connection with you, because therapy works best when you know I'm on your team (seriously!).​
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University.
